Fall Prevention Tips for Seniors
It is true that seniors and older people face serious complications from falls and slips. In the hopes of helping seniors improve their balance and strength, Private Home Health Care has conducted a presentation on “Fall and Prevention Tips and Improved Balance with Tai Chi,”
During the event, the attendees learned some fall prevention tips for both in home and hospital setting. They also learned how to get up from a fall as well as Tai Chi movements that will improve their balance and strength. According to Tai Chi master Kuan Chung Chen, said movements helps fall prevention as it focuses on postural alignment, weight shifting and coordination movements.
