“Back Home Safely is just wonderful. I had hip surgery coming up, and going up and down the flight of stairs inside our home was becoming more painful. I had over a month to wait for surgery. I called Karen who, as it turned out, was on vacation. She answered her phone immediately and told me I could rent a stair lift they kept in stock. The next week Greg was out taking measurements and had the lift installed that week! The installation was professional and the technician could not have been nicer or more patient showing us how to use the lift. It’s so easy! After our rental period is up we plan on buying the lift. Greg had great suggestions and was thorough and professional and above all compassionate. We came up with a plan and by noon (on a Saturday) Mikey arrived and installed a chair lift, grab bar, suitcase ramps, shower head, and shower bench (putting it in the tub so the bar would be on my sister stronger side) – they really think of everything. Without their help and expertise, we would not have been able to get my sister home in order to start her treatments. I highly recommend this company.

“I am an occupational therapist who recently took a course with Back Home Safely. I was recently in a local restaurant with my grandmother who has great difficulty moving around (uses a wheelchair for longer distances, has stairlifts in her house).
