Nursing Home in Surrey Graded Inadequate for Safety
After an inspection of Deepdene Care Center in Dorking was conducted, a rating of inadequate was given which means that immediate improvements on care services are needed.
The nursing home, which is based in Hill View in Dorking and managed by Lifestyle Care, provides accommodation for adults who require personal care such as treatment for injury or diseases such as dementia.
In their statement, the company said that the management acknowledges their shortfalls in the standards of care and support of the residents in the Home. Since the inspection in June, significant improvements in their care services have already been made.
