At Back Home Safely, we recently completed a custom Bruno curved stairlift installation for a client whose staircase had a unique design. It went straight up, then turned left after a landing platform. Our team measured and tailored the stairlift to fit the exact dimensions of the home, ensuring a perfect, smooth ride from the bottom floor to the top.

At Back Home Safely, we recently installed a white iron triangle handrail at a client’s home to help improve safety and accessibility. This handrail was placed at the back entrance, where there are two steps leading into their home. Although a small change, adding a sturdy handrail can make a significant difference in preventing falls and supporting safe, independent movement, especially for individuals with mobility challenges.

Even one step can make a big difference when it comes to home safety and accessibility. We installed a 6-foot modular indoor ramp with handrails to bridge the step between the kitchen and family room. Our modular ramp creates a smooth, gradual incline that makes it easy to move between rooms safely and comfortably. Equipped with handrails on both sides, the ramp provides added stability and confidence with every step or roll.

We recently installed a straight stairlift in a home with a staircase that included a landing. Even with the landing, the stair layout allowed for a single straight stairlift to be used from the bottom to the top, providing a smooth, continuous ride without the need for multiple units or turns. Straight stairlifts are a practical and efficient solution for many staircases, including those with intermediate landings. We recently completed a stairlift installation at a client’s home to help improve accessibility and safety. The home featured a multi-level staircase with a landing in between two sets of stairs. To accommodate this layout, we installed two straight stairlifts – one for the lower flight and another for the upper. Between the staircases, we also installed a grab bar on the landing to give the client added support and stability during the transfer from one stairlift to the other. This simple addition makes a big difference in safety and confidence when moving between levels.
