Several seniors graduated from an Aging Mastery ProgramWe’ve heard countless times that “it’s never too late to learn something new.” And this is definitely true, especially for some seniors from Massachusetts who can even say that it’s never too late to go to school.
Several seniors graduated from an Aging Mastery Program last May 28 at the Concord Council on Aging. Classes were done weekly and covered topics fitness, safety, healthy eating, and many other topics that concern the elderly.
One of the students, Tupper Webster, 91, said the program was “reassurance that some of the things I’ve been doing have been correct.” Some of these things include exercising and eating well.
