As a senior citizen, you would often encounter problems that can compromise you diet. Here are some solutions for those problems:
  • For those who can’t cook, a microwave oven can become your best pal, or another option is to hire an actual pal who can cook for you.
  • Chewing troubles will no longer be one of yours if you opt for fruit juices and soft canned fruits instead of fresh ones, and choose creamed, mashed and cooked vegetables over raw ones.
  • Avoid upsetting your stomach by opting for cream soups, pudding, yogurt and cheese instead of milk, and going for fruit and vegetables juices.
