Senior Citizens of Montana Has High Suicide RateThe senior citizens of Montana might be experiencing any of the following – loneliness, boredom, depression, excruciating chronic pain, loss of physical function, or the loss of a spouse. They could even be experiencing a combination of any of those things.

It has come as a surprise, but the senior citizens of Montana are actually committing suicide more than any other age group in the state. That is definite proof that teens are not the age group that has the highest risk of suicide, as is commonly believed.
